1. Funding model
CDR may earn revenue from Featured Dealer subscriptions, advertising, sponsorship, referral arrangements or other disclosed commercial services.
2. Featured Dealer
Every dealer may receive a standard directory listing. A participating dealer may receive an enhanced profile, updates, richer media, referral reporting and eligibility for relevant editorial features.
3. What payment does not buy
Payment does not buy a positive rating, favourable factual finding, guaranteed recommendation, award, ranking position, suppression of accurate information or inclusion in every article.
4. Disclosure
Paid, sponsored, partnered or commercially supported content will be labelled in a manner reasonably clear to readers. Dealer-profile participation may be disclosed on the profile, feature or relevant explanatory page.
5. Referral links and measurement
CDR may use tracked links and UTM parameters to measure visitors sent to dealer websites. Unless expressly stated, CDR does not receive commission on a vehicle sale merely because a user follows a dealer link.
6. Advertising standards
Commercial claims must be accurate, supportable and not misleading. CDR may reject or remove advertising or supplied material that is unlawful, inaccurate, inconsistent with editorial standards or unsuitable for the audience.
7. Separation of functions
Commercial arrangements may influence the amount or format of content produced, but should not dictate independent editorial conclusions.
