The service department on Railway Terrace offers early-bird key drop-off, loan cars and a customer lounge, and a second Kia service centre operates at 327-329 North East Road, Hillcrest.
The sales showroom is at 152-156 Railway Terrace; servicing is at 194 Railway Terrace, where keys can be left in a lockbox before the 7:30am opening. Shuttles to the city leave the service centre at 7:30am, 8:15am and 9am and return at 4pm and 5pm. Ask for a loan car when you book a service.
